Movesense at The SPOT, Sports Innovation Event in Lausanne, Switzerland, May 15-16.

Lausanne is the home of the International Olympic Committee and over fifty international sports federations. That’s why the area has a unique ecosystem around sports, including universities, small and large companies, local authorities, athletes and other influential sports innovators. The city also hosts The SPOT, a new sports innovation event that brings together bright minds and fresh innovations inside and outside the sports industry on May 15-16, 2018.

Main topics of The SPOT, organized by the local sports expertise network ThinkSport, include connected sports and performance & health, making it a perfect fit with the Movesense development platform. We will have a little stand in the startup area of the event and will be part of the conference program under the topic Connecting The World – Wearables and Data. In the talk session we will discuss about what’s coming next in wearables, what is the future of connected sports equipment and how that will impact the nature of sports.
