A New Flutter Plugin to Communicate with the Whiteboard on a Movesense Sensor

Posted in Developer news

Jordan Stanway from Otter Works, Oakland, California, has been tinkering with the Movesense for some of his work projects. During this tinkering, he made an Android app to work with the standard Movesense device firmware and wrapped the Android side of movesense-mobile-lib in a Flutter plugin.

Flutter™ is Google’s UI toolkit for building beautiful, natively compiled applications for mobile, web, and desktop from a single codebase. Flutter supports using shared packages contributed by other developers to the Flutter and Dart ecosystems. This allows quickly building an app without having to develop everything from scratch – perfectly in line with our vision of the Movesense platform. We are excited to share Jordan’s contribution to the rest of the Movesense developer community!
