Description
Movesense MD is a Bluetooth-equipped, Class IIa (MDR) wearable medical device, and it is intended for medical applications in healthcare and remote patient monitoring. This Movesense MD Developer kit is intended for getting started with the technical development and integration with it.
The sensor is designed for measuring ECG, heart rate, HRV and movement, and provides this basic data without need for any firmware programming. The sensor is available with white labeling/customized branding in mass quantities. The sensor runs on an open API, which allows, if needed, development of a dedicated firmware to suit customers use-case specific needs.
The Movesense MD sensor is registered as a Class IIa medical device according to the MDR 2017/745 and manufactured under ISO 13485 quality system.
The kit includes free access to the Movesense developer tools, sample code, and documentation. Developed, designed and manufactured in Finland.

Developing medical applications with THE Movesense MD SENSOR
Movesense MD sensor firmware is developed in accordance with the
IEC 62304: 2006 standard.
